 Although it may seem counter-intuitive to work online from a body perspective, I have found it can be extremely beneficial to approach feelings of anxiety, depression or disconnection from a body perspective and this can still be done online.

I am offering a free introductory session(30 minutes) to explore how we could work together and we can then decide whether a 30 minute or 60 minute session(or series of sessions) would be beneficial. I do have a sliding scale if you are in a difficult financial position.

Depending on your needs I can offer breathwork, meditation and self massage to enable you to feel less anxious, better regulated and more connected.
