 Although it may seem counter-intuitive to work online from a body perspective, I have found it can be extremely beneficial to approach feelings of anxiety, depression or disconnection from a body perspective and this can still be done online, especially if you are unable to travel to me.

Depending on your needs I can offer breathwork, meditation and self massage to enable you to feel less anxious, better regulated and more connected.
