I am a qualified Biodynamic massage therapist and a trainee psychotherapist, a full member of the Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists (ABMT) and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council(CNHC).
I offer Biodynamic massage and psychotherapy sessions in Camberley, Surrey, close to the town centre.
I can also offer online sessions of breathwork, mindfulness/meditation and self massage.
I am in my final year of training to be a UKCP registered Biodynamic Body Psychotherapist, at the Centre for Biodynamic Psychotherapy which brings an extra dimension to my work and continues to show me how much the mind, body and emotions are linked.
I came to Biodynamic work through my own personal therapy journey, where I realised how much the body was linked to the mind. I have always had a difficult relationship with my body and a sense of 'is that it?' despite having all the outward signs of a fulfilling life. Despite years of 'talking' therapy I always felt there was a piece of the jigsaw missing.
Biodynamic massage and therapy has enabled me to realise that a combination of our past experiences and beliefs can impact on the way we are in the world. We can feel sad, angry, depressed and anxious without really knowing why. Our bodies often manifest our past experiences, through physical ailments.
Biodynamic massage can help to release some of these old blocks and enable us to reconnect with our true selves...we can finally feel at home in our bodies, find our purpose and really step in to the world.
If you would like to feel a difference in the way you relate to your body but also in your day to day, please get in touch.
