Although I am hands free I can now offer an online service to help with any feelings of anxiety, depression, worry or simply feeling dis-regulated.

I am offering a free introductory session(30 minutes) to explore how we could work together and we can then decide whether a 30 minute or 60 minute session(or series of sessions) would be beneficial. I do have a sliding scale if you are in a difficult financial position.

Depending on your needs I can offer breathwork, meditation and even self massage to enable you to feel less anxious, better regulated and more connected.
